CHAIRMAN/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

ABUBARKAR ABU YARO

Abu Yaro Abubakar brings over a decade of leadership in real estate development and infrastructure projects. He currently serves as Chairman/CEO of Ambuild Projects and Services Limited, leading real estate projects in Abuja. Previously, he managed the construction of the International Cargo Airport in Damaturu as Project Manager at JM & A’s Limited, a project commissioned by Nigeria's President.

Abu Yaro’s career includes roles such as Regional Facilities Coordinator for NatCom (formerly Nitel/Mtel) and Project Manager at Premium Project Infrastructure Limited, overseeing facilities for energy estates. He is skilled in complex project management and team leadership, holding professional memberships in NIOB, CORBON, and CIOB (UK).

An alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University with a B.Sc. in Building and further studies in Facilities Management, Abu Yaro also serves on multiple company boards, bringing strategic insight. His interests include badminton, travel, and engaging with new cultures.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

ALIYU ABDULLAHI DANGUDE

Aliyu Abdullahi Dangude brings nearly a decade of expertise in the construction industry, excelling in various capacities including consultant and contractor roles. He has managed and supervised numerous projects across different states in Nigeria, showcasing exceptional skills in site management and administration.

His previous roles include Managing Director at Ultimate Cost Consultants + CDP Partnership, where he oversaw procurement and construction cost consulting. Aliyu served as Assistant Team Leader at Brains & Hammers, contributing to major projects such as Apo 3 and Galadimawa in Abuja. He also managed logistics and site supervision for large-scale residential developments.

As a Project Manager at Salamander AMS Project Ltd and Business Development Manager at Mabi Premium Services Ltd (an MTN trade partner), he led development initiatives across multiple states. His diverse background is marked by a commitment to efficient project delivery, minimal error rates, and adherence to deadlines.

Aliyu holds a B.Sc. in Building from Ahmadu Bello University and a Master's in Procurement Management from Nasarawa State University. He is affiliated with esteemed organizations including NIOB, CORBON, and the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria.

He is proficient in industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project, and his interests include reading, traveling, and networking.

HR/LOGISTIC MANAGER

SHEHU MUHAMMAD MUBARAK

Shehu Muhammad Mubarak is a skilled professional with over a decade of experience in health, safety, and logistics management. Currently, as HR/Procurement & Logistics Manager at Ambuild Projects & Services Ltd, he oversees supplier relationships, manages procurement, and ensures efficient material supply. Previously, as Site Manager at Ambuild, Shehu supervised construction projects, conducted quality inspections, and coordinated subcontractors to meet project timelines and budgets.

Earlier in his career, Shehu served as Regional HSE Coordinator (North) at Natcom Development & Investment Ltd, where he led compliance reviews, safety assessments, and HSE training. His career started at the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), where he was involved in drug safety monitoring and consumer complaint resolution.

Shehu holds an MSc in Public Health from the University of Debrecen, Hungary, and a BSc in Biochemistry from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto. He is certified by the National Examination Board for Occupational Safety & Health (NEBOSH) and is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals.

With expertise in MS Office, strong communication skills, and a commitment to fostering safe, efficient work environments, Shehu also enjoys reading, traveling, and learning about new cultures.
